Description: This course was part of the UNICEF supported TAPP on ‘Capacity Development for Monitoring and Reporting to Increase Effective Coverage of Basic Social Services for Women and Children’ (CDMRI-ECBSS Phase-II) and addressed the specific objective of developing a national monitoring and evaluation policy, strategy formulation to implement the policy and capacity development of GoB officials on Result Based Monitoring (RBM) based.
